Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2026
This Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (the "Policy") is adopted by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN") and applies to domain name disputes for generic top-level domains (gTLDs). Filofa complies with this policy for all domain registrations.
By registering a domain name through Filofa, you represent that:
Any third party (a "complainant") who believes in good faith that a domain name registered by you is confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which the complainant has rights, and that you have no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the domain name, may initiate a mandatory administrative proceeding.
The proceeding will be conducted before an approved dispute resolution service provider.
A complainant must demonstrate that:

Filofa is not a party to domain name disputes. We will not intervene in disputes between registrants and third parties. However, we will comply with any panel decision resulting from a UDRP proceeding.
